Radio interview on Gender Recognition Bill
On July 4th I appeared on The Brief, a legal affairs show on NearFM, to discuss Senator Zappone’s recently launched Legal Recognition of Gender Bill in Ireland. The podcast of the show is available here, and in it I outline how Irish law is out of step with the ECHR and our European neighbours and how Senator Zappone’s Bill proposes an innovative approach to gender recognition in law.
